How do I get a quote for my translation?

Send us an email at email@A2ZTranslations.com with information on document type, number of pages and/or words and specifying the time span in which you would like the job done.  Attach a copy of the material you want translated.  Shortly, you will receive an email from us with an estimate and possible delivery time.  We will be glad to assist you with any questions; just email or call us at (574) 533 9082.


How can I send the documents I want translated?

You may send your translation project via email, in word, PDF or jpeg format.  You may also send it via fax or regular mail.  If you choose to use regular mail you will need to cover all delivery charges.


When will I get my translation?

Our company will send you a written agreement that establishes delivery date and time.  Turn around time depends on project volume and urgency level.  Time starts running once we receive payment of 50% of total estimated translation cost.


How can I pay for my translation?

We accept payment through PayPal, Credit Card and Money Order.  We request 50% of payment to start translation and total payment upon delivery of finished project.


How can I make sure I receive a quality translation?

All of our translations go through proofreading and editing processes, at no charge.
